Return Policy
- We in most cases do not support product order returns due to the product being edible & fragile in nature to ship across on frequent basis.
- If you still wish to make an product Return, you need to first Email us or have a word with our Customer Support Team at (care.asbrandoils@gmail.com).
- Easy product Returns will also depend on the Shipping location of your area and also rely on the Courier Company to support quick dispatchment of products due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation.
- For easy product Returns, the product must be in the same condition that you have received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing condition. You also need to provide us with the Receipt or proof of purchase while claiming for one.
- Product returned back to us without informing or contacting us will not be considered, entertained or entitled for refunds under any circumstances.
- Delays by our hired shipping agencies are not subjected for refunds. In case of refunds, the refund amount will never exceed the amount the customer has paid while placing the product order with us.
- If approved, all refunds will take round 15 business days or more from approving the refund and receiving the necessary refund mode details from the customer. The customer cannot claim for any interest on the refunded amount.
- If required Ambati Subbanna & Co. Oil Firm (A.S. Brand) reserves the right to make changes in above stated product Returns policy as & when required without prior notice.
